Biography
Thomas and Xavier started producing music together at the age of ten. They were influenced by all kinds of different music. An eclectic mix of the better electronic dance music is what U&Me stands for. The past few years they have won several producing contests and they have impressed numerous people with their original gigs at venues like Versuz (BE), Rumba&Co (BE), Silo Club (BE), Ritz Building (BE) and some awesome underground parties.
Next to producing, they decided to spin some records together in 2002. With an impressive appearance and an excellent taste for music, they try to convince the crowd to go on a journey with them; using an exclusive blend of the finest electro, the best groove, the most architectural minimal and the spiciest funky, up-tempo housetracks, the road to success has been set out in bold fat lines for these two youngsters.
Anno 2006 they released their debut E.P. on Wanted Music: U&Me – Kiss her Lips. Things have been going upwards ever since. 2008 was a fruitful year for this young duo as well. With releases on The Hype! Records, Clubstream Green, Sugar Sugar Recordings and Universal Music, U&Me have become a name hard to avoid both in the Belgian and in the European club scene. With a variety of remixes on a variety of tracks, these musical chameleons show that they really have the skills to make something special out of everything they touch.
